Describe the bug
Highlights of new items are no longer going away after you mouse-over them, instead you have to close your bag and reopen it. This is after the most recent 2 new updates (10.0.2 and 10.0.3) downgrading to 9.2.2 fixed the problem if I stayed on 9.2.2 but if I go back to 10.0.3 it returns.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour: Loot new item to bag. Hover over item. Watch highlight not go away.
