Describe the bug
Talking to any NPC that auto-opens your bags, or just trying to open your bags by clicking or pressing the 'Open Bags' hotkey yields no bags being opened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1a. Go to 'Void Storage/Vendor/Auctioneer/Banker/Guild Vault'
1b. Press Bag hotkey or click on Bag
2a. 'Right-Click' on NPC
3. Windows for NPCs open (except for the bank). Bag don't open.
4. See error 6-16 (except 9 and 11)
