Describe the bug
"Include Guild Banks" is checked for "Tooltip Item Count" - using anything in bags causes frame stutter for first second

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable "Tooltip Item Count"
2. Enable "Include Guild Banks"
3. Use / Move any item in any bags.
4. Frame Stutter is present, entire UI is affected.

Expected behavior
Don't want it to stutter.
