Bagnon_VoidStorage prevents first-time activation of void storage

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into a character who has not yet unlocked the void storage feature.
  2. Interact with a void storage NPC.

Expected result:

I am prompted to pay the 100g fee to unlock the void storage feature for the character.

Observed result:

No UI of any kind appears. I have to disable Bagnon_VoidStorage and reload the UI in order to unlock void storage for the character.

You must have gotten into some weird corner case. I've just tried it myself and the dialog showed up.
