Cooldown issue: icon keeps its dark appearance after end of cooldown

Describe the bug
When item gets cooldown texture, after its expiration icon keeps its dark appearance. Have to re-open bag window to get normal textures again. It doesn't give any errors but obviously is misbehaviour.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open bag
  2. Use any item that gets cooldown after usage (even GCD)
  3. After cooldown end item icon is still dark

Expected behaviour
Icon should restore its normal texture (or cooldown texture should disappear, not sure how it works)

Error Logs
Issue doesn't give any errors. At least bugsack+buggrabber don't show it.

Additional context
Not sure if it's a common issue or only mine. But tried to turn off all addons except Bagnon, and issue still there. Noticed this issue like 1-2 months ago, don't remember exact time

+1 I was wondering why does it look weird, it's happening everytime you use some item in inventory or something like that

I just recently noticed this issue on my character in WoW Classic Era when casting wand Shoot. It bugs me a lot. Please, look into this! :)
