Unable to move items while in combat

Describe the bug
When attempting to move items while in combat, the item stays in the cursor's grip. Once out of combat it can be put down again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to combat.
  2. While fighting, open your inventory.
  3. Attempt to move an item in your inventory to another slot.
  4. See error

Expected behaviour
Able to move an item and put it back down while in combat.
