Try removing other addons one-by-one. My bags wouldn't open in Classic Era, so I tried disabling a couple addons each time (logging in and out). I finally found that when I disabled "RC Loot Council", I no longer received this error when attempting to open bags:

This specific conflict with RC is now fixed - it was from RC end. Had nothing to do with Bagnon/BagBrother
