Describe the bug
After the Uld patch (WotLK), my bags started overlapping in my UI (see below):
My spacing is set to 0, so they should be close, but not overlapping.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Occurs every time I log in.

Expected behaviour
Bags spaced properly, touching, but not overlapping

try disabling all your addons except bagnon. your issue is probably related to some other addon that moves parts of the UI, since your screenshot is not default UI arrangement. I use default UI and don't experience that problem you have
