A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I cannot get the popup automatic display to stop popping up even when unchecking it. I've tried multiple times it still shows up when I open my character pane, bank etc.

Please describe how to reproduce it.

1. Go to '...' Just opening up character info bank etc brings up all my bags
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
