Hello,

i would like to request to either return to the Tooltip Design of Version 10.2.13 or add an option to choose between the Old and the new 10.2.15 Design.

Would it be possible to get something akin to a Blacklist for the Item Tooltip Count? Or better yet a Whitelist to show it only on Items specified like Artisan's Mettle in this case.
