Heavy mouse flickering/fps drop when selling item to vendor

Ever since 5.4, etc, etc. Bagnon has issues with the mouse flicking and bad fps drops when my bags are open and I'm selling stuff to a vendor. So as the vendor window is open and I hover over my items in my bag to sell, the cursor will blink rapidly between the hand and the bag icons and it's extremely annoying. And as the move around between my items in my bag, my fps will drop. Seems someone else has this issue too.
If you need any more info, please ask.
I have been experiencing the same problem for a few weeks now. The flickering only occurs when my bag is open and I'm chatting up a vendor--and I totally agree, it is crazy annoying. I've not paid attention to fps, but shall in future.
