Please describe the bug.
"First Time Seen" glow on bag items is not going away after first time seen.

Please describe how to reproduce it.

1. Open bags with a new item in them.
2. Notice new item has the "First Time Seen" glow.
3. Close bags and reopen them.
4. ERROR! Notice item STILL has "First Time Seen" glow, but it is NOT the first time seen.
5. (You can cancel the glow with a mouse over, but you should not have to.)
