Bag ilvl bug back again in latest release

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
Repeat of an issue from earlier versions with the newest release. The ilvl of items in bags will not show until you move 1 of them to a different slot. This applies to
EACH bag that has any gear in it and everytime you login. Reverting to previous version fixes.
