Description

Right-clicking on the 'Bags' icon at the top of the inventory used to toggle the view between normal bags and the reagent bag. It now instead opens the bank, which right-clicking the 'Offline Viewing' icon already does. Not sure if this was an intended change, but as someone who likes hiding the reagent bag until needed, I would love to have the previous function back.

Reproduction Steps

1 - Right click on the 'Bags' icon at the top of inventory
2 - This will display offline viewing of the bank (used to switch to the reagent bag)

It was intended, because there is a better alternative now. Enable "Sidebar" in the frame options, you'll get tabs to toggle between those two.
