Bagnon not functional on Live Cata Client since 11.1.23 version on CurseForge added 5/28/2025

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
Updating to the newest version of bagnon on Curseforge causes Bagnon to disappear from the list of available addons in the WoW client. For some reason there are two release versions for 11.1.23 on CurseForge, but the only affected version is the 11.1.23 version created on 5/28/2025 on CurseForge.

I got this issue with only Bagnon enabled

Reproduction Steps
- Use CurseForge to update bagnon to the latest version
- Open WoW Cataclysm client.
- Observe Bagnon is not visible in addons menu
- Login and observe Bagnon is not functioning ingame.

I can confirm the new update today also caused the same issue on Anniversary Servers. Only thing in my addons settings is Bagnon Config
Issue to me is that only "Bagnon Config" is showing up in addons ever since i let Curse update the addon. It was working fine before that. The addons themselves do have folders, no idea why they aren't appearing in WoW client itself.
I'm using the WoW classic (Season of Discovery).
