Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

I have downloaded the MoP version of Bagnon 11.1.23. I can see that the all of the files are installed in the Addons folder but when I start MoP beta I cant see the Bagnon_config or the Bagnaon_Storage in the addon list.

I am not able to see the options kog wheel and can't access the options by typing bagnon options in the chat window.

I got this issue with only Bagnon enabled

Reproduction Steps

1: Downloaded MoP version of Bagnin
2: Installed the 6 Bagnon folders in the addons folder
3: Started the MoP version of WoW.
4. Opened the Bag icon in WoW.
5. No options kog wheel is shown.
