Failing to load in Retail

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
There are over 40 individual errors from Bagnon related addons, but it appears to start with this one.
I have deleted all Bagnon addon folders and reinstalled multiple times - always the same errors.
Hmm, after doing some testing (binary search turning addons off and on), it looks like it's a conflict with PetTracker 11.1.11.
