Currency tooltips only update on UI reloads and don't update during normal gameplay

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
Currencies displayed in the tooltip ideally should accurately display the current value for that character, but they only represent the value as of login/reload and do not update during gameplay.

Tested with only Bagnon
I got this issue with only Bagnon enabled

Reproduction Steps
I tested this by buying gear from a renown quartermaster with resonance crystals as they can be refunded, but it affects every currency.
- Note the current [currency] values displayed both on the tooltip and in the currency window.
- Buy something with [currency].
- Repeat step one, noting any discrepancy.
