Can't open my character bags.

- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Description
I have uninstalled multiple times. I have disabled all addons and left just bagnon on and it still won't let me open my bags. I tried using the open bag command and it still won't open my bags. Is anybody else having this issue?
