Items placed in the Reagent tab are not being counted on the tooltip for the characters you are not actively on.

Steps:

Place 1 spirit of harmony in the reagent tab and one in your bags.
Switch to another character.
The item tooltip will show there is only 1 spirit of harmony on the character you logged off, showing "(Bags: 1)" instead of (Bank: 1|Bags: 1)".
