Make confirmation popup for sorting button optional

As title says, please give us the option to disable the sorting button confirmation popup.

It is a temporary solution. Not relevant.

The current plan is:

Full blizzard-style "ignore bag, etc" features
Possibly left click to deposit all reagents in bank frame, right click for sort
No dialog, obviously
BankStack special support, which would override current sorting system for more advanced/complex sorting (eg: ignore slots instead of bags, smarted bulk deposit in bank,...).
