I have one bag set to ignore sorting (top of frame) and when I auto-sort occasionally items will sort to the top of the second bag(unexpected) while the rest all sort to the bottom of the frame (expected).

Hopefully this is more clear in the picture, the misplaces items are the two junk items on the right hand side of the third row (which are the first two slots of the second bag)
