Errors since 6.1

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted WTF, and yet every time I first open my bags after login I get an error. After closing the error it never happens again until I open the mailbox for the first time. Then the same thing again. If I reload, log out, log in another character or anything to essentially reset the game it happens again, but only once. Here is the error:
