When crafting or being rewarded via quests, items do not appear in the baggon interface, cannot be found through the search function, and require the addon to be disabled for them to be visable

I've run into this as well. When collecting items from DE I had an entire stack of dust go missing and it never showed up in my bags even after I disabled the addon. Then the next day I had 4 crystals go missing. I've taken to disabling the addon before crafting so I don't lose out on anymore items.

Any update on whether this issue is going to be addressed any time soon? I've had to resort to using default/OneBag3 which isn't perfect, but at least functional.

Having this issue as well currently. Have random items disappearing whenever I press the "click to clean up bags" button, and have to disable bagnon to see them.

Also have this issue, Loot from bosses, crafting, farming, raids, mob loot, quests, ect.
