For some reason some characters come already preset to reverse bag settings, when I have the reverse bag settings, so they are back to normal, so I have to set them to "Character Specific Settings (CSS)" to remove the doubled reverse, to make it back to a single reverse, how I like it, which I think may be a bug itself, but the bug I am reporting is when I activate the CSS the bag bar stops working, and is set to how the window looks when you click the CSS box. So if you click when the bag bar is closed, the window stays so its like the bag bar never was open and instead opens "behind" the top row of the bags. If you click the CSS box when the bar tab is open, the bar spawn in and out fine, but does not readjust to not have the bar, so there is a large unsightly space. The interaction between the bag bar and the CSS is wonky
