Would be really handy if there was a search syntax feature which would highlight items in your bags which you also have stored in your bank, especially for stackable items. Would be even better if there were a way to deposit all of these items at once.

Example would be [Mark of Honor]. I have a ton of them in my bank and always have to search for them in my bags to deposit them manually. This would be fine if it were the only item like this, but when there are 10+ different kinds of items, you can sometimes forget to deposit them and then you're stuck with one less bag slot.
