"All-bags-in-one" aspect not working

Describe the bug
The "all-bags-in-one" aspect is not working, instead, it shows up as normal, as multiple bags.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. click to open Bags or press the B button
  2. opens bags separately instead of all-in-one.

Expected behavior
I expect all the bags to open as one big bag as described.
