tooltip item count wont work due full removed character (no way to redo)

Describe the bug
if you blacklist characters (Character/delete in bagnon) i dont see a way to whitelist him back in the game. after you remove all characters from the addon you are not able to see any item counts in each character and the character Button in the addon is also away (hided) - you cant redo it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Character
  2. Click on any Character
  3. Click Remove
  4. try to redo (no possible way, also reinstall wont work)
  5. See error

Expected behavior
i want to redo the deletion of the character (blacklisting)
