Bags show all cells highlighted with exclamation marks NOTHING ELSE

Running Software (please complete the following information):
- Game patch [e.g. Build 8.0.1.27178] = 8.0.1
- Addon version = 8.0.6
Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
"The problem is simple and has been persistent and annoying since 3 patches ago.... when i toggle my bags all of my cells are brightly highlighted with big "!" marks in each and every cell. This didn't happen until IMMEDIATELY after i installed one of your patches. I had hoped that with todays patch update that it would have been fixed however sadly it is not.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '...' = Enter the Game
- Click on '....' = Click on bags
- Scroll down to '....' = Just look at the screen and see the problem
- See error = Highlighted bag cells with a giant "!"

same issue is existing for me thru the last 2 updates.

I am also having this same issue, I am going to try a clean add-on install to see if that works
Edit: Yea even a clean install of the add-on didnt fix it
I've been having this issue as well. It makes the addon unuse-able. I recently uninstalled it and then re-installed it and got the following LUA error:

Version 8.0.3 works for me but not 8.0.4 or 8.0.6. I hope this can be resolved as I love Bagnon
Per Phylazian's suggestion I switched to 8.0.3 and it definitely seems to be working ... Considering Bagnon is one of my main addons i was very annoyed when it went wonky. Ty Phylazian for suggesting i go to a lower version.... you would figure after over 12 years of playing i would have considered that.....

I wonder what exactly was changed with the coding between 803 and 804... maybe there is some way to do a work back in the coding but still be able to move forward afterwards. Sadly I am no good at coding, nor reading it, to know what to do.
Just wish we could hear back from them. :(
I had this happen a week or 2 back and though I didn't get answer to what was wrong I found if I turned off bagon Equipment it goes away. hope that works for you as well.

With respect reflexwolf turning aff aspects of the addon so it works seems like an asinine prospect to me because whats the point? If you start turning of a piece of the addon here and a piece of the addon there just so parts of it work then whats the point of having the addon. Phylazian's suggestion to run Bagnon in version 8.0.3 works because you are able to use ALL aspects of the addon. What has frustrated me immensely as it has others is that there has been no attempt to identify the problem that we have detailed or suggestion to fix it other then what we have figured out. Honestly this is the first time i have seen a developer not care as it appears here when and issue comes up. Right now for me it works on version 8.0.3. I'll wait a week or two and try a new update IF there is one and see how it works.... if it doesn't then i will go back to the older version...that i know is functional 100%.
I came up with the work around only because when I posted this bug a good while ago with pictures and error messages included it was removed without comment and I had no choice but find out how to use it, I did everything your supposed to do I turned off all other addons, tried it on various alts and servers and still had the same problem. so when I was just dismissed I found the only way I could to get the man functions of the app working again. I don't want to use it this way but as I really like this addon I don't like the alternatives and hate hate hate blizzards default UI. This is fine reflexwolf ... my comments are more to the fact that there is no need to turn off certain aspects of the addon anylonger. You just simply have to load the 8.0.3 version and you can enjoy the entire addon without any problems. Additionally i received an email from the developers 2 days ago stating that they have flagged our problem and plan on fixing it.... when? i have no idea but atleast there looking at it.
8.0.3 does not solve the problem of the guild vault only showing 4 tabs however.
Did fresh install on old, clean pc. Installed bagnon. Ran with all defaults, no changes. Guild bank still only shows four tabs. This is my only problem with bagnon, none of the other weirdness. Wish I knew how you guys are getting the other tabs to show.
I turned off the Bagnon Equipment piece and turned off Bagnon's control of my guild bank. Now I can, at least, use Bagnon.

Strange. I wiped wow from my hard disk, installed a brand new version, and added bagnon as the only addon, Still the same problem with only showing the first four tabs of the guild vault. Perhaps the author doesn't have the problem either and that's why it's not fixed yet. The only thing it could be at this point is a timing issue based upon what hardware is being used. I'll have to try it on my old AMD box.
