Option "Act as Standard Panel" does nothing

Running Software (please complete the following information):

  • Game patch: Build 8.1.0.28833
  • Addon version: 8.7

Describe the bug
If I enable that option, I still can move the Frames which have it enabled and save their position even after logout. In the code, the setting "actPanel" does not get used anywhere.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable the option
  2. Move the frame with alt+mouse

Expected behavior
The frame with the option enabled should be positioned where the standard frames are and should not be movable.
