When I right click on the sort button, I get the message, "this is locked".

Having the same problem. It only affects my bank, not my bags. It won't sort anything because it consistently tells me "That item is locked".

I can drag items to those empty spaces, but I can't sort it and do it efficiently.

I had this problem. I uninstalled the add-on and reinstalled it. Fixed all of my problems! Hope that helps you!
