Can't see gold totals or items from other characters

Addon Version: 8.1.9
Issue: Can't see other toons gold or items. Addon doesn't give total gold for all toons.
Server: Kirin Tor
Fixes tried: Tried overwriting the file listed with the fix text listed. Still experience the same issues on all characters. Those with and without special characters. (ex: Gèíst, Thanatos, etc.)
