Describe the bug
I loot an item and it doesn't show up. This happens with regular loot, and flasks from cauldrons.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I loot item. Item does not show up for a very random amount of time ranging from a few hours to a few minutes.

Expected behavior
I expected to be able to use my raid flask and I could not, until I removed the addon.

Additional context
Happened getting items from the mailbox in Stormwind, raid flasks, (multiple nights in a row), my keystone disappeared for a whole night, which wasn't a new looted item btw **, and items that I loot off mobs, or gear I purchase, like Benthic.

I have the same issue, when i loot, collect or make something it doesnt show the item, its there but hidden.
i have had this before and when i auto rearrange my items then poof they show up.
i was hoping for an update soon because i need to do this everytime i want to use something.

so its not like they are gone or its not working, they are just not showing in the bags,
like i said i found a way to make it work but its more of an drag to do so now.

I have a similar problem. When I put greens on the AH It will show the outline and item level of the greens without the icon being there.

Also seems to happen when making blacksmithing items. Every time I make an additional Shining Silver Breastplate. I think it only happens when I already have one in my inventory. The additional one will not be displayed after I make it until I log off and back on.
