Describe the bug
TipTac addon adds some functionality to allow the border colour of the tooltip to be changed based on the quality of the item (Purple for Purple, Blue for Blue etc). This seems to be working fine if I mouseover an item in the actionbars, but if I mouseover the same item in my bags the border colour is changed (across all items) to a bright white. Rest of the tooltip seems fine.

It would be super if Bagnon allowed the tooltip frame to allow TipTac colour changes, if at all possible. Or, an option to enable such a feature from within Bagnon directly to align the look. Thank you!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable both Bagnon and TipTac addons and start game
2. Enable Colour Borders in the TipTac options.
3. Mouseover an item in the actionbar to validate the option is enabled.
4. Mouseover an item in the Bagnon window, and you should see the border has changed to white.
