Cross-realm characters/Battle-net account characters not working

Hi,

Me again, the huge pet-seller guy ;)

I noticed recently that despite the fact that I didn't change any settings since last time when things worked properly, the addon is not showing any cross-realm data for me anymore. That is, in terms of pets in my bags and bank/guildbank, it only now shows the amounts on characters and banks on the realm I am currently logged on. Same actually for gold; in the recent past, the addon, when clicking on 'gold', would show a list of ALL my characters across all my realms, listing all the gold the characters possessed, including the grand total. Now it only shows the characters and guild bank gold on whatever realm I happen to be on.

Like I said, I haven't changed any settings, and in the settings I do have under 'display'>'account-wide' both 'Display cross-realm characters' and 'display battle-net account characters' ticked on.

Is there anything I'm missing in order to show all data again, or is this a bug after all?

Hey there! It's nice to hear from you again. 😄 Well I've done some major reworks in a lot of areas over the last few patches. So it's possible that I may have screwed something up. It happens! So lets see what's going on your end to see if we can track the problem down.

type /bgs debug
Enable Debugging by clicking on the checkmark.
Make sure that only DEBUG is checked.
Click on "Dump Options"
Click on "Export"
Copy and paste the results here

Please do the same for each of the following.

Click on "Iterate Units"
Click on "DB Totals"
Click on "Addon List"

Lets see if we can figure this out!

One quick question: So like I said, I have both 'Display cross-realm characters' and 'display battle-net account characters' ticked on in the Display settings. Should I though? Because it does say that the latter is not recommended...

The BNET one will overwrite the other option. It doesn't matter either way. Just leave it like that, it doesn't hurt to have both checked anyways. ;) I will update BagSync and release an official fix in a few minutes. Thanks for putting in the ticket.
