Post every crit to a public channel (party/guild/say)

I was never a fan of it as people tend to abuse it, but I get the fun of it, so here are some possible implementation ideas:

• Only show crit messages to other Bam! users by passing the message through a custom channel
• Post publicly but add a hint to the message eg. "Type !shutup to unsubscribe"
