Hi I searched the whole Addon and couldn't find an option to have a bar that not changes when changing specc/talents or even character. Kinda like the oPie Addon. It would be nice to have standard bars with mounts, hearthstones etc. things that not change from character to character.

Bartender4 is designed to just show the default bars, the game is responsible for storing the content on them. So this is not something its currently even remotely setup to do.
