Upon loading in game, the micro menu bar is not visible. Going into the settings, disabling and re-enabling it works until reloading, when it is no longer visible again.

+1 I was able to fix this locally by reverting this commit.

+1 and same workaround. I think it's worth mentioning by "load" it's any load, such as using a portal or entering an instance. So the issue is very frequent.
