Hi,
I have two vertical action bars on the right side of my screen, bars 4 and 5. After the update, when I open my bags, they are covering the bars. I'm only using the default ui and bartender, no bag addons.
Did a setting get changed somewhere? ty

I am having same problem, If I unload addon bags shift to the left as expected.

Just to add onto this, I noticed that UI elements pinned to the bottom-center of the screen (the dragonriding vigor UI, the NPC speech bubbles, etc) are appearing much lower than they used to, presumably due to the same lack of offset applied by Bartender's action bars as the above issue with the quest tracker and bags covering up the right-side bars after the 10.1 patch.
