Phantom bar will not disappear.

My action bar #3 on bartender is duplicating itself on the right hand side. This is occurring on all of my characters but I use the same profile for all my toons. Is there a setting I am overlooking or has anyone ever encountered this before? Please help lol
The left bar in that picture is in the correct spot, the phantom bar is on the right and is larger. These icons disappear if i pick up the icon and replace it back down, they will disappear.
