After updating to 4.15.10 every time I login to my shadow priest I have to unlock/relock bars to make bar1 abilities visible again.

v4.15.9 I was using custom conditional to page between bar1/8 for shadowform/noshadowform
v4.15.10 fixed this for paging but broke bar visibility on login, now regardless of whether I use paging or custom conditional bar1 is always missing on login until lock/relock.
