Bnet names not appearing

For some reason when i get a whisper from a Bnet friend i dont see their name, only their whisper.

Latest wotlk version

After a reload it was working fine

Perhaps Bnet was down during this period? Were there any errors?

No errors, im not sure why it happened. I got a bnet whisper and it was not showing the name, maybe because i responded from the bnet client.
