The numerical display for arcane charges isn't working on v8.0.0. I am not getting any lua errors - the display simply never appears whenever I gain charges.

I disabled all of my AddOns except for Basic Combo Points to make sure it wasn't a conflict with another AddOn, but it still doesn't display a numerical count for arcane charges.
