Chat floats when I load into an instance

Hi, thanks for the addon! I've used it in the past with no issues, however I have recently gone back to it and have a frequent issue.
Describe the bug and post the error message, if there is one
The left chat box will float above and slightly to the right of the actual "box" whenever I load into an instance. Dungeon, raid, BG, doesn't matter.
It will fix itself on a reload, but then when I finish the dungeon and hearth it reoccurs. If I go through the dungeon with it out of place and then leave, it is still broken when I zone back to wherever I was.
No error message.
Disabled all addons except ElvUI, ElvUI:BenikUI, ElvUI:Libraries and ElvUI:Options with no changes to behaviour.
Deleted cache and addon SavedVariables, still get the issue.
To Reproduce
Join an instance. I've been using follower dungeons to test.
Expected behavior
The chat box should stay where it's put
