Missing Item Detection

It seems this item is still showing up missing even though I have it. Perhaps it is due to the +speed proc on the item.

Hi,
It's entirely possible that's the reason. I can try digging into it a bit
to see if that's the case. I'm not super well versed in addon, mostly took
it over to help my guild when it was abandoned by the original authors.
If i can't find anything, i'll bring it up to the person who has been
helping me out with this.
