[Feature]: Open options with macro (slash command)

Describe the feature
AdiBags had /adibags for opening the options, handy for making a macro to quickly open the options (and the custom filters). I can't find any working slash command for BetterBags and I miss that nifty little feature :)

Slash command /betterbags should open the options pane.
