Opacity is ignored after /reload

Describe the bug
After a /reload the opacity is ignored and its rendered without any.
As you can see the opacity is still set to 60 in the options, but ignored in the backpack itself:
Steps to reproduce
- Set a opacity
- do a /reload
- open backpack
- no opacity in background
