Describe the bug

after closing BetterBags, the Y keybind does not function in ConsolePort.
LT+Y works, RT+Y works. but plain ole Y does not. Reloading UI fixes it.

Steps to reproduce

Using Betterbags and ConsolePort. -

1. Get on Dragonriding Mount (this can be before or after the next steps)
2. Open BetterBags
3. Close BetterBags, either with Mouse or with keybind.
4. Press "Y" keybind on your Controller, Y Keybind is mapped to "Skyward Ascent" Dragonriding skill. When you press Y, the skill does not activate.
