Describe the bug

When using the ElvUI theme and then applying scaling it breaks the icon borders.

Check this screenshot (Scaling: 80) - I marked the places where it breaks with a red line:

I might have even missed some black borders breaking.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use the ElvUI theme
  2. Apply scaling in the options
