Describe the feature

When I open the bank in "Show Bags" mode, to equip a new bag, for example, the window goes the entire height of the screen and I have to drag it down to see the bags bar and equip. If possible, I'd love to be able to set the number of row items in "Show Bags" to make them longer and therefore have the Show Bags view show all the bags + the bags bar. Alternately, could the bags bar go to the left/right of the window instead of on top? Screenshot of what I'm seeing is here:

It's not as much of a problem for the backpack because you're capped at 5 bags but when you have 8 in the bank it becomes annoying. And you can see above, if I change my last two frostweave bags to hexweave bags it might be fully off the screen.

Describe the implementation

Ideally, we could set the # of items in the row in Show Bags view (or the settings for the bank would apply to show bags view as well as condensed view, as far as rows go), AND the bags bar would be on the left or right of the Show Bags modal. If both aren't possible, my first preference would be setting the row # of items, and my second would be the bag bar on the side.
